To secure your order and begin manufacturing, the following payment structure applies:
1. Deposit
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order and begin manufacturing.
- Manufacturing will only commence once the deposit has been received and cleared.
2. Balance Payment
- The remaining 50% balance is due before delivery of the pod.
- Delivery will be scheduled once the final balance has been received.
3. Manufacturing & Lead Time
- Manufacturing time is approximately 30 working days from receipt of the deposit.
- Shipping and delivery times will be confirmed once manufacturing is complete.
4. Delivery
- Standard delivery using a HIAB crane truck is included in the price, subject to suitable access.
- If a mobile crane is required due to restricted access, this will be quoted separately.
5. Site Preparation
- The customer is responsible for preparing the site and foundation before delivery.
- Utility connections (electricity, water, waste) are the responsibility of the customer and can be completed after installation.
6. Order Confirmation & Cancellations
- Once the deposit has been paid and manufacturing has started, the order cannot be cancelled, and the deposit is non-refundable, as the unit is built to order.
7. Pricing
- All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include delivery as stated.
- Any additional services (such as mobile crane hire or special access requirements) will be quoted separately.
