To secure your order, a 50% deposit is required as part of our order payment terms before manufacturing begins. The remaining 50% balance must be paid before the delivery information is finalized and delivery is scheduled. Production will start once the deposit has been received and cleared, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
Manufacturing typically takes about 30-45 working days. Our delivery information includes estimates for shipping and delivery times, which may vary due to factors such as shipping schedules, customs clearance, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. The customer is responsible for ensuring that:
1. A suitable foundation is prepared before delivery, as outlined in our delivery information.
2. There is adequate access for delivery and placement to avoid any delays.
3. The site is level and ready for installation, adhering to our terms and conditions.
Lavish Living Co. is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by site access issues or an unsuitable foundation, which can affect order payment terms.
Pods are delivered ready to connect to electricity, water, and waste services according to our delivery information. Final connections must be completed by a qualified professional, as outlined in our terms and conditions. Please note that Lavish Living Co. is not responsible for any electrical, plumbing, or connection work related to order payment terms.
Standard delivery information includes transport to the property and placement of the pod where access allows. If a mobile crane or special equipment is required due to difficult access, this will be quoted separately. The pod structure comes with a manufacturer's warranty, ensuring peace of mind regarding your purchase. Additionally, the electrical and plumbing components are protected under a limited warranty period. Please review our delivery information for any specifics related to shipping and handling. It's important to note that this warranty does not cover: incorrect installation, ground movement or foundation issues, damage caused after delivery, and normal wear and tear. It is the customer’s responsibility to check whether planning permission is required for their property, in accordance with our delivery information and order payment terms outlined in the terms and conditions.
Any changes to the order must be confirmed in writing, as they may affect the order payment terms, delivery information, and delivery time.
